Our group fitness classes are more than just a workout. Only offered at the main campus, these classes are a great way to make exercising fun and enjoyable while adding some variety to your workout routine! They are also a great source of accountability and community. Whether you have never tried a group fitness class before, or you have plenty of experience with group fitness, LiveWell has something for you!  


Looking for something fast paced? Dance your way to a workout at a Zumba class. Wanting to take things a bit slower? Stretch that stress away at a Yoga class. Interested in senior fitness? Try an Active Aging class. Prefer virtual classes? Cycle to your hearts content in our 100% virtual spin room complete with Les Mills cycling classes. Needing low impact? Take a dip in the LiveWell pool at a Aquatic Fitness class. Learn more about our classes below!

helps you achieve the ultimate calorie burning, resistance training workout.

Punch and kick your way to fitness with a high-energy, martial arts-inspired workout that is fully non-contact. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira, and Kung Fu. 



Calm your mind, reduce your stress, and detoxify your body with Ashtanga Power Yoga. Focus on breathing, holding postures, and maintaining body alignment to help build core strength, improve flexibility, and increase stamina.

Vinyasa Flow yoga

Vinyasa is a style of

yoga characterized by seamlessly moving from one posture to another using breath. The variable nature of Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries.



Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is done while seated or using a chair for balance. This class focuses on postures to improve joint range of movement, muscular strength, flexibility, endurance,

and balance.

Aquatic fitness

This year round, low impact class is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength. This class is perfect for all levels of ability including prenatal, seniors, and rehabilitation. Lap belts can be worn for support.

Active aging

Increase your cardiovascular health, muscular endurance, balance, agility, and fall prevention with a standing circuit workout. All exercises can be modified to fit any skill level. A chair is available for support.

Active aging

Focuses on fall prevention, coordination, agility, strengthening muscles,

and increasing range of movement for daily activities. Often a chair is used for seated excerises or to maintain balance while standing.

This class is designed to build strength, add definition, increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle. Use hand weights, tubing, gliders, and your own body weight to change the shape of your body.

Jim Time

This class, instructed by Jim Hall, covers muscle group isolation spanning all proportions of the body. Weights will be used in each class to give you a complete full body workout.

This class focuses on cardio peak training done on a stationary bike. Experience moderate to high intensity levels of effort as you ride over different types of terrain, with active recoveries throughout.

This fully immersive workout experience combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. This immersive fitness workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level.

Tai Chi
for Health

Meditation in motion. This class is made up of low impact, slow motion, continuous exercise. It addresses the components of fitness: muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and aerobic conditioning. Tai Chi is easily adaptable for any fitness level.

We realize that group fitness can be intimidating, which is why we have certified Group Fitness instructors ready to help and encourage you through each one of our classes. Our instructors want to see you succeed, and that means working with you and your fitness level so you can not only have fun but have a fulfilling workout that will help you reach your fitness goals. Our instructors also include modifications in each class to help with any limitations.
