Only offered at the main campus, these classes are a great way to make exercising fun and enjoyable while adding some variety to your workout routine! They are also a great source of accountability and community. Whether you have never tried a group fitness class before, or you have plenty of experience with group fitness, LiveWell has something for you!

This is the workout you never knew you needed. An invigorating blend of Pilates, barre, and power yoga set to modern beats.
