Our group fitness classes are more than just a workout. Only offered at the main campus, these classes are a great way to make exercising fun and enjoyable while adding some variety to your workout routine! They are also a great source of accountability and community. Whether you have never tried a group fitness class before, or you have plenty of experience with group fitness, LiveWell has something for you!  

 

Looking for something fast paced? Dance your way to a workout at a Zumba class. Wanting to take things a bit slower? Stretch that stress away at a Yoga class. Interested in senior fitness? Try an Active Aging class. Prefer virtual classes? Cycle to your hearts content in our 100% virtual spin room complete with Les Mills cycling classes. Needing low impact? Take a dip in the LiveWell pool at a Aquatic Fitness class. Learn more about our classes below!

Get ready to move, groove, and sweat with Cardio Dance. This high-energy workout will have you dancing to a variety of music genres that keep things fresh and fun each week. No dance experience needed.

This is the workout you never knew you needed. An invigorating blend of Pilates, barre, and power yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. It’s a low impact but intense way to heat up your training.

This barbell workout is designed to get you lean, toned, and fit. The combination of  movement and music helps you achieve the ultimate calorie burning, resistance training workout.

Punch and kick your way to fitness with a high-energy, martial arts-inspired workout that is fully non-contact. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira, and Kung Fu.

This class focuses on cardio peak training done on a stationary bike. Experience moderate to high intensity levels of effort as you ride over different types of terrain, with active recoveries throughout.

Challenge your physical and mental limits using the stationary bikes resistance to simulate gravity for sprint training, drag for power training, and weight for strength training.

This fully immersive workout experience combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. This immersive fitness workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level.

Increase your cardiovascular health, muscular endurance, balance, agility, and fall prevention with a standing circuit workout. All exercises can be modified to fit any skill level. A chair is available for support.

This 30-minute class is designed specifically for senior adults looking to build strength, improve stability, and support lifelong mobility. Using a combination of resistance training, bodyweight exercise, and focused core work, participants will strengthen major muscle groups while enhancing balance.

Tai Chi 2022.jpg

Meditation in motion. This class is made up of low impact, slow motion, continuous exercise. It addresses the components of fitness: muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and aerobic conditioning. Tai Chi is easily adaptable for any fitness level.

This year round, low impact class is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength. This class is perfect for all levels of ability including prenatal, seniors, and rehabilitation. Lap belts can be worn for support.

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is done while seated or using a chair for balance. This class focuses on postures to improve joint range of movement, muscular strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance.
