Only available at the main campus, our trainers are friendly, personable, and passionate about fitness. Most importantly, they want to help you reach your goals. Every session is individualized based on your specific needs and fitness level. Your success is their success. Our trainers can help with improving your overall health, weight loss, flexibility, injury recovery, athletic training, and so much more. We offer one-on-one personal training, as well as couple training, in either 30 minute or 1 hour sessions. We also offer discounted training session bundles. Meet our personal trainers below!

We realize that the gym can be intimidating, even if you are working with a personal trainer. The LiveWell Personal Training Room was designed to provide a private workout space for LiveWell personal trainers and their clients. This room is filled with a variety of workout equipment specifically chosen by our LiveWell trainers so that they will have guaranteed access to the equipment needed for every clients health and fitness needs.
